Absolutely terrible service. Take ages to respond to emails or calls when the industry is obviously very time sensitive. Took months to arrange a service on our machine, the call centre operatives are rude and have zero care for their jobs or customers. We have a email support package, took ages to respond to us, when j ask how long it will take them they say to the effect of how long is a price of string. Couldnt tell me if it would be hours, days weeks or moths.. So I paid to upgrade to the phone support package as they say this will give me priority and I can just speak to a tech over the phone. First time I use this service, the tech is just as unhelpful. Now it comes to the second time of me using the phone support. I call the main line, they advise the tech is on the phone and will call me back as soon as they can. Hours pass and I hear no word back. I call them and get told that my ticket is in a que and they will get back to me when they can, but can give me no time estimates, yet again. So I ask if there are many people waiting before me, of course they also cannot tell me and just say they will help me when they can. This is a premium service that I have paid for and we are not getting any assistance or it is always just too little too late. Do they only have one tech to answer calls?!? But yet their sales real are always available at any given second.. Shambles of an organisation. We are now sat stuck with a 30k pluss paper weight of a CNC machine. Avoid.

Their tech support is painfully slow, like getting blood from a stone. They don't really seem interest in helping the customer. When you do finally get a reply from them you notice how poor their basic grammar is. Did these people go to school? I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor quality machinery, even worse tech support.
