I have been seeing Adi for about 6 months for support as I go through perimenopause. What I like about Adi's approach is that it's not just about managing symptoms. She looks at the deeper issues in terms of what is emerging in my life and the empowering potential of perimenopause as well as the inherent emotional, hormonal and energectic challenges. What is really important is that Adi gets what is going on for me and prescribes remedies that resonate and noticeably enhance my well-being. I am on less of a hormonal rollercoaster, resulting in better sleep and energy and have a greater trust in the wisdom of my body.

I receive homeopathy treatment from Adi. I have benefitted so much from working with her and from the tincture and remedies I am taking. My energy levels and the symptoms we are treating have improved. I am so grateful to her for being so kind, supportive, intuitive and skilled. Adi has a wonderfully intuitive sense of finding out what is needed for any issue I have brought to our sessions. I feel very well supported by her and her approach is sensitive and thorough. She has a great depth of knowledge and I would highly recommend her as a homeopath.

I booked an abdominal massage with Adi and found the experience really nourishing and nurturing and felt very comfortable and at ease but I didnt fully realise what an amazing impact it would have on my lower abdominal pain until a couple of weeks later when I was reviewing why I was feeling so much more comfortable and tracked it back to my massage. I was so blown away by how gentle yet incredibly effective this has been for me. I will definitely be recommending Adi to my friends and going again soon.
