From start to finish the team were incredible! From first contact, they reached out and sent us useful information etc to help plan our special day, taking into account any shots or styles we wanted. On the day Mick from the team was awesome, a true professional and gentleman. His creativity, flair and knowledge helped us capture the greatest wedding images. When the images came back (very quickly) we found them unbelievable - even better than we remember! The perfect way to remember our wonderful day!

Well, what can we say. Form start to finish, The Kensington Photographer and the crew that came on our special day were utterly brilliant and made everyone feel so relaxed. My husband and I are not the most natural when it comes to having photos taken but you would have never guessed from the masterpieces that they have captured. We are utterly blown away with the photos and video which they have produced. They captured the most perfect day so beautifully! TKP have taken photos and put together a gorgeous wedding video that we will cherish for a lifetime - THANK YOU! Mr and Mrs Wisbey

In all honesty, Im not one to bash businesses but the experience wasnt great. We won a runner up prize of 500 off our package which was fantastic however from the point it seemed like everything kept going wrong. I was sent a document to fill in using pdf filler which I thought was fantastic, it wanted all details of the sorts and types of photos we would like on the day. We are not a posed photography couple in the slightest and I made that very clear in the document (natural and candid of everyone at the venue) A week before the wedding I was contacted to say they couldnt find the document despite sending it months before. Im unsure why you would be chasing that a week before the wedding and putting extra stress onto us. I was sent a new document which was entirely different this time which just wanted locations times and contact details. On the day of the wedding I was called by the photographer asking where we were. He was actually at the grooms location (stated in the document that this is where the groom is - so why am I being rang and not the groom) . Once the photographer was at the venue with me I liked that photos were candid and natural so believed the message had got across that other than a few family images we didnt want posed photography. How wrong I was. After the ceremony up until the photographer left we were constantly asked to keep going outside for photos. We didnt want to be rude so agreed but now looking back I wish we had put our foot down because we missed out on most of the day because of it. After the wedding, we werent contacted, no sort of sneak peak etc which again was disappointing. If it wasnt for our content creator we hired from somewhere else we wouldnt have had anything to share with anyone. I then received an email to let me know they now wouldnt be offer part of the package that was originally included. We did however receive our images in the stated time frame but god knows how many were just of the undecorated/ semi decorated venue, it was such a waste of photo opportunity. Next to no candid photos of anyone at the venue on the day, overall really disappointed. If I could go back I would have gone with someone else.

We had our wedding day on 27th august last year and the Kensington photographers were incredible. From the first time we contacted them to any help or guidance we needed along the way to the big day and to receiving our beautiful photos, the whole team were friendly, professional and exceeded our expectations. Mike was amazing on the day, and made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. He was invisible during the ceremony and when taking all the candid pictures throughout the day. We were blown away with how many photos we received back and just how much they captured the magic of the day. We cannot thank you enough!

We used TKP for our wedding on the 15th April 2023 after winning a facebook competition for 500 off thier Platinum package and they were amazing. James was an absolute diamond. He immediately made me, my husband and wedding party feel at ease. He was the perfect mix of blending in the background and directing is. He made us feel somat ease, both me and my partner are quite awkward and were a bit worried about the "posed" photos but James did a fabulous job of directing us so we hopefully have some really natural shots. Our 2 and a half year old wasn't really feeling the group shots so James took us for a walk and just took some photos which meant we will have some lovely natural ones of the 3 of us. I cannot wait to see the finished shots and if the same day sneak peak is anything to go by they are going to be STUNNING. Thank you so much for helping us capture our day.
