        Andreas was fabulous. Really spent time to ensure that my boots fitted perfectly. Very knowledgeable and friendly. It was well worth booking the fitting service. Good to know I can go back if I have any problems.

        Would avoid buying ski boots here and just get them in whichever mountain resort youre going to. Bought some last year and told them that they were too small and uncomfortable. I was told I cant get a refund if I dont accept their recommendation. Had to just end up paying a load of extra money on top of the mountain to sort out the issues I already knew were evident. You get up sold for everything, not worth it.

        Great experience at the store. Super helpful advice from a number of different staff members, but espiecially boot fitter Iain who took time to get ski boots correct and sorted over a number of days, despite it being exceptionally busy in store. Another staff member ordered a helmet online - it arrived at my home the next day. Really good customer service.
