First impression good but sadly overall a very bad experience. 1. Overpriced limited options - unless you receive price match, dont buy from here. 2. Take your time - speedy skilled salesman swept us into a sale, and his young honest colleague admitted having zero experience of the sport he was advising on. 3. Deception - absolutely ridiculous risky returns policy (disclosed only after payment was taken, and perhaps put in place because I imagine they struggle with repeat custom). Worst of all the manager was extremely rude, who reinforced the feeling that the business strategy is to scam. The two shops next door won our loyalty with their outstanding professionalism - got the most gorgeous designer items, for the whole family, with discounts.

Awesome shop I visited three shops next to each other and none gave me the time of day I enjoyed the chat about my first ski holiday with the staff , I felt at ease and in safe hands will definitely recommend this shop

What a amazing establishment.. order a new hat Saturday morning with there unusual selection of goods.. by Saturday after it was ready to be shipped and have just received the item.. have had a lot of issues with deliveries recently but w has happened so quick.. Great company just waiting on my trousers now

Ryan and the team helped to outfit me for a trip to Atacama and Patagonia. You simply cannot put a price on safety and peace of mind. This is ultimately what Altimus did for me on this trip. From thermal wear to waterproof and windproof clothing to Tecnica hiking boots that were the closest to a custom fit, I was well prepared to enjoy my trip and make the most of the rugged landscape. As a family run business, I felt genuinely cared for and would recommend this friendly, knowledgeable team highly.
