Excellent place. NAVID is very experienced, knowledgeable and passionate. He certainly knows his stuff and 0 I have ste0adily made a0 progress since being treated by him. Navid has sorted out various injuries as well significant postural imbalances. I've had many physios and he is the best!

Impressive practice space and, from other reviews, it seems many benefit from this service. I went for an RSI problem with my arm understanding there would be exercises tailored to my needs - but only got links to generic youtube videos and only after chasing up the clinic. I have since been to an NHS physio who provided a tailored exercise program - with instructions written by the therapist. I would recommend not going to Rose clinic for tailored exercises.

After a very serious injury, having broken my neck (and being in a brace for 4 months), I cannot praise Navid enough. He has used a wide range of techniques to help me slowly build up my neck mobility and strength. Would highly recommend!

I would like to fully recommend this clinic, I had tried a lot of different specialists and treatments for my back and hands problems, and nothing worked until I found this physio... His knowledge and care for clients are unique.
