I am delighted with my experience with the Ana. I am amazed at how my level of fitness has improved in a relatively short space of time. I feel much fitter and am pleasantly surprised at the impact of the training. She has a good understanding of my training objectives and has consistently designed programmes that meet my aims. She strikes a good balance between pushing me, making me feel I can always achieve more than I think, while listening carefully to what I feel is not working. Overall, she is friendly, motivating, supportive, informative and professional. A very positive experience!!Thank you!

My quality of life improved significantly! I feel better, I am able to do more, and what is the most important, my back pain I so much better! All excersises are adopted to your needs, goals and abilities. Very flexible time wise and excersise range. And it is never boring! Would definitely recomened if you want not only look good, but feel good as well!

I could not recommend Ana more highly. I contacted her for a free taster session for my postnatal recovery and have loved every single session since (and there have been a lot). Ana finds exactly the right balance between challenging me and making sure I don't overdo it. It feels like her repertoire of exercises is endless which makes every session fun. We have now moved out of postnatal exercises into training for strengthening and toning and I have never felt so confident about my body. Thank you, Ana!
