        I had to return a jacket I bought online the staff were very friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable,could not get a replacement jacket but that was OK with me, makes a change to have such friendly service.

        Unfortunately, came in ready to buy a pair of walking boots but had noone come over for ages. When someone finally did (only because she had a pair of shoes for someone else who had given up and she got confused), she said she'd send someone down but they never turned up. Even that offer seemed really halfhearted and disinterested. We left after a while like the couple before. Actually bumped into them in Ellis Brigham a few doors down... The next day, we went to a different branch in Slitalfields and had excellent service. I left with a great pair of boots so not a review of the chain itself but the service in this one was shocking.
