Chatoo is a really great optician. Super helpful and friendly, and really top quality eye tests and choice of frames and sunglasses. Ive been going to Chatoo for over 20 years and always come back, as I cant do better anywhere else. Good to see a family run business go from strength to strength. Thank you Chatoo.

So I finally took the plunge and ordered a gorgeous pair of glasses from Chatoo. Again their service was second to none and they answered all my questions with the care, deligence and expert knowledge I want from an opticians. I'll be going back next year to get another pair of glasses! Previous post: The service at Chatoo is some of the best I have ever had at an opticians! Both my wife and I are extremely picky about our glasses, so we really appreciate the care and consideration the staff give us. They are knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. I've been in several times to try on different frames and make the right choice, and not once have they tried to force me to buy something just to make a sale. I'm on the verge of buying a pair of glasses, not only because of the stellar customer service, but also because I know that they will look after me even after the sale.
