        Can't recommend enough - Spencer is an expert at his craft and manages to blend an expertise in biomechanics with the an understanding of the athlete and context. He's also an exceptional conversationalist and makes the bike fittings a pleasure!

        Absolutely amazing experience with Spencer. Would give it 6 stars if I could! Went in with very little knowledge of bikes and little confidence. Spencer took time to explain everything and make sure the bike fit as well as it could to my frame. Before the fit my ftp was around 230 and only a few days after the fit it shot up to 276 couldnt ask for better. If youre on the fence about going, I promise you wont regret it!
