        Terrible customer service. Any time I had an issue it was like it was my fault and they basically just told me I had to sort it myself. With one issue I got more help when I contacted their software developer. I've stupidly been a customer for over 15 years Now they refuse to give me a refund because I'm moving service.

        Have been a customer of this company for years and was happy with the service. However I recently logged a support call as I was moving my hosting which was the first one I had done for a long time and it took them 7 days to respond and they only did that because I emailed them again. The service I then received was extremely rude and unpleasant. Shame on you!
