Their engineer installed equipment not right, live video to driver disappears when he switches left hand signal, when it is needed most. Haultech don't want to admit their fault and can't sort this out for 3 months. Pathetic. First and last time using their services.

We cannot sing their praises enough! Joe in particular, has been fantastic. We've had an emergency issue over the weekend and Joe has gone above and beyond his job role, taking time out of his own time to help us in every way possible, from talking us through processes, to sending us parts which saved us so much time. Avoid leasing. I leased camera equipment for my truck & the engineer who came out to fit it really didn't want to be there. He fitted it incorrectly & in the wrong place & it's not worked properly since. Haultech engineers came out to 'fix' but didn't move the location so it's still not working and faulty & the company are refusing to rectify it. So I'm paying for something that isn't working properly. I'm going to trading standards to file an official complaint. Avoid! They really don't care about their customers.

I cannot fault Haultech - they are always helpful when I ring them up and answer any query straight away.
