I must admit, this was extremely nerve racking experience. The woman who dealt with my husband's application was called Shubhangi Bhaisare, who works in London's BLS Spain visa application centre. She was extremely rude and unprofessional.
My husband had requested the premium service where someone comes to your house and collects your biometrics. Few days later a worker came at our address and asked for my husband's valid and expired passports along with some other documents. So, we laid all the paperwork with relevant documentation on the table. Whilst going back,by mistake he took the expired passport instead of the valid one.
Cut long story short, we thought of going to London visa centre to sort things out.We reached London, this particular woman took my husband in with her and he gave her the valid passport and asked for a confirmation. She told my husband that he was wasting other people's time who were waiting outside by asking for a confirmation. My husband asked her "what about his time which was wasted because of incompetency of their worker and why should he trust them without having anything in written this time"? She called security guard to take my husband out and did not give him any confirmation till later(we had to ask for it many times). When my husband came outside, he told me the whole story about this woman being so obnoxious about her position. I asked the security guard about her name because we wanted to make a formal complaint against her. Security guard said her name was Shabina, which was a lie. I found out that this woman's real name is Shubhangi Bhaisare and her husband works on a high position for BLS. These ill-mannered workers can make people lose lots of money because of their own mistakes, they do not care about your time and lack emotional intelligence. The whole situation could have been easily avoided, if they had admitted their mistake but they tried to blame us for giving them the wrong passport. They did not consider that we live outside London and we had to drive all the way because of their own fault even after paying nearly 500, this was a total waste of time and money, utterly useless service.

The staff's racist attitude was bad, and the first and second feelings were very bad. Only by looking for a scalper can I get the slot, and I queued up for more than an hour at the scene. The visa officer didn't have the patience to listen to you say a word, because the bank letter didn't reach the approaching date and asked me to come back next time, and even asked the security guard to chase me away. Where does such a big posture come from? The front desk, visa officers, and security guards of the entire visa agency have very poor attitudes.
