Been twice. First time was excellent, but today was different. Flavours were great and service good and quick, with salads/filling choices with the falafel, but the food was cold. As am only a 2 min walk from the location, it is not possible for a hot item wrapped in an insulated bag to go stone cold that fast. I know that prices for a central London location are high and kashrut makes it more so, but making or keeping the hot items at a reasonable temperature should be doable. A shame and easily fixable.

Terrible place. Food was stale. Charged me 10 for a rice/falafel bowl. Rice was stale. Only 3 teeny tiny falafels. And the 2 people serving were unprofessional.
