Paid a 99.00 reserve fee, which states is to reserve a car which you'd assume would be taken off line. I was called and told the car I assumed I'd reserved with my 99.00 had now sold to someone else.. contacted them again and "reserved" another car, I was specifically told the dealer had confirmed the car was still 100% available.. I have signed my fiance documents and send all of my ID etc back to them in a very timely manner, I was then told everything was fine and the next step was I'd receive a call arranging a delivery slot. THEN received a further call hours later to tell me unfortunately this car had been sold too. Please stop taking reserve fees if the car isn't actually going to be reserved. I have gotten my hopes up twice now, and if any searches were carried out in my name for the finance, this could affect me getting further finance on a car. I'm really unhappy with the service.
