        Rubbish service and no uk phone number to talk to anyone. All calls texts etc are made via your data allowance, be aware they dont work like any other sim card provider Online helps states they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. Avoid like the plague they are useless

        I never signed up. Unsure how they got my details and they have been taking money from my account every month. Unable to speak to anyone on their customer services number. now.

        Trying to close an old account is difficult as my account doesn't show "cancel account" link. I asked an advisor by email to close or help me with guidance in closing the account completely. It has been a couple of days now with no response. They were quick to reply back that my old free plan isn't available anymore but chargeable subscription is now... it is very interesting how my Freedompop online account shows my old free plan of 200min 200text and 200mb is still active and in an allowance cycle.
