Terrible customer experience. TalkTalk emailed to tell me my contract price was going up and I had the right to cancel. After arranging a new broadband provider I called to cancel but was told my price would remain fixed and if I wanted to cancel I'd have to pay a fee. I subsequently cancelled my new broadband service, however a few weeks later I receive my bill and low and behold the price had increased. After being on the phone for 1.5 hours going back and forth between CSAs, it seems no one has a clue what's going on and each CSA says the complete opposite. Bunch of jokers.

Nothing short of awful. Somehow managed to set up 2 accounts under my name and address, never have any notes on previous calls and promise a 48 hour response (i can't handle speaking to them any more) and I'm waiting 5 days between messages! Do your self and favour and stay well clear!

Worst company ever!!! It takes great skills and huge effort to be such an incompetent company with the worst customer service in the world!!! They staff all clueless and the technical support team are not even technical!! After 4 weeks of pure communication, misinformation, endless calls and 2 engineers attending my property they still can't sort out why my broadband is not working!! Terrible company!!

Our Aunt who is a vulnerable person with demetia and has carers each day she has a care link which has not worked due to a fault with Talk Talk phone line it took numerous calls and nearly a week for TT to admit there was a fault with the line it worked for one call and now again not working .when you call TT hanging on the phone speaking to someone with a poor grasp on English it is hard to explain that we live miles away and even with Power Of Attorney they still are as useless as could be Ofcom have been informed and it did make TT respond but still the phone doesn't work If I could give 0 I would steer clear very amateur company poorly managed be warned. This an update still TT are and useless as ever we have had numerous appointments made to be at the house as some has to be there 3 times no show when they are confronted with texts stating times and voicemails from them they deny any knowledge we have had 3 different case managers colin,Abdul,chloe all of whom have not kept to ring backs or get anything sorted although they have mentioned compensation at 8 a day but I said just sort the phone just a warning they dont have any customer service beware. Just an update our Aunt was without her landline for 41 days as she has demetia and was living alone ( has live in carer now ) TT after a lot of messing no reply from emails ,a total waste of time calling there abroad helpline as they just confuse them selves they did offer 36,30 for 41 days although Ofcom say 8.60 a day yet still waiting and waiting nothing refunded I can only describe TT as no customer service even though they know the customer has demetia totally disgraceful do not use unless your want hassle.
