Not at all trustworthy. No any prior estimation of ride provided clearly and they charge more than double the market rates.This is the worst experience.

Who runs this place exactly? Completely incompetent, greedy (technology fee?!) and now (since unauthorising non-UK mobile phones on its App) completely useless.

Absolute shambles! They are very quick to get you registered and get your bank details, but cannot honour their side of the agreement and charge you for their unavailability! Stay away and continue using other providers!

This is the second time we have been ripped off. A 1.5 mile journey that cost 8.20 turned into 16.40!! No warning up front of a premium. Were really trapped in Reading with taxis after the black cabs got Uber out. This behaviour is criminal.
