        Sent my phone in, they originally said they'd give me 300 offered my 50 claiming it was broken (it had a scratch), then they refused to send it back unless I gave them 10 - this company is an absolute scam they are thieves don't waste your time or trust them.

        My phone, which is in perfect condition and unlocked has been received on Monday and i have not been paid..Nobody to talk to on the phone, no response to my emails, their livechat does not work and the company they use for payment "Lloyds Mobile phone recycling" is not even part of Lloyds bank/group...No way to get in touch with them either...All this points to scamming i am afraid, so DO NOT USE EITHER COMPANIES to get money for your phone...Looks like i have lost mine...I would not even trust the "positive" below reviews to be from genuine customers..
