Find another app or program for your business. It's been more than 5 months since we realised that the salary percentage was not calculated correctly. I have now forgotten how many times I have called to complain and report this issue. I have made official complaints and sent countless emails. Customer service does not exist in the planday app and over the years the app became less user-friendly. The app doesn't live up to what it says it can do.

Been using for a couple of years now, little niggles here and there are expected as especially it is a "half baked product". However, customer service and response times are simply awful, this has been the case since the very start. For that reason I would say look elsewhere especially if you are in an industry where you need to resolve things quickly for employees.

Ollie our personal advisor deserves a 5 star. He is committed to helping customers. PlanDay is an efficient system that is business focused, it provides me with the opportunity to know what my staff are doing and what time they have commenced and logged out. All tasks can be achieved through your mobile phone. I have said a goodbye to paper work, for example scheduling and report writing which consumes significant time.

I have tried contacting the team to no avail. Nobody is there to answer or get back to you within the time they said. I tried the London office today and despite 4 times the call was answered the line just gets disconnected. Not sure how you do your sales when we cant get through you. Sorry not good at all.
