We have been a loyal paying customer for many years, and this review echoes many of the other comments here. I would strongly advise against using JRNI for managing event bookings! Due to the poor level of customer support, and the problems they have caused us over the past couple of weeks for what was originally a very simple request for DKIM and SPF email configuration details, we have begun investigating alternative service providers. We will be switching as soon as possible.

Having been a long time user of Booking Bug the takeover from JNRI was concerning however, in the early months I didn't have any issues. Now, without consultation or notification, the diary system has completely changed, none of my customer information has been retained and the booking process for me as the business owner has added steps as I have re-create each customer every time. No response to phone calls and messages I've left. I'm very diappointed with the service. It's as if I don't matter and my business is irrelevant to them.

Completely dumped it's loyal customers. Been using it for years but technical problems have now developed that have a MASSIVE effect on my small business. No telephone support, leave messages with no returned calls. Slow ticket system for reporting problems. Meantime I lose money EVERY SINGLE DAY while the system doesn't work properly. Very dissappointed! See they have been taken over by JRNi but I feel like I'm being taken for a ride!

Customer service and support is poor. Everything is looking dated and not mobile friendly. Still no mobile friendly widget in 2019!!!
