Most of the staff are cool and im a fan of the trousers. One of the staff with short slick backed hair is sullen and rude though so won't rush back.

Shocking customer service. Rude abrupt and not helpful. Sent me the wrong size. I have over 60 pairs of trainers all the same size 3xcept for running shoes and the pair route one sent are tiny. Can barely fit my foot in. They make you pay for the return even if their product is awful or if they are wrong. And when they receive it tracked they refuse the return and send it back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Unprofessional and awful customer experience. Plenty other better clothing trainer stores to buy from and cheaper.

Quite bad experience. Been there couple of times, staff generally quite nice. Chat with one Jordi is nice, the other one called T is extremely rude, his behavior is outrageous, aggressive and unprofessional. I will report him behavior to both rout one team and the council.
