Red Hot Sign Company

Ordered a new logo sign for our office wall. Smooth ordering process and good communication. Sign was well packaged and straight forward to fit to the wall using template supplied. I would order again and have no problem giving the Red Hot Sign Company a 5 star recommendation.

We ordered a sign at the start of November. Initially the Red Hot Sign Company were very communicative and helpful, but once we had paid they took three weeks to deliver it. When it arrived it was the wrong colour, so they agreed to make a new one. We never got a confirmed delivery date and it eventually arrived after nearly a month and a half - although this time did include Christmas and we would have understood a slower turnaround time, the lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. Whilst the sign looks great, we wouldn't use them again because of the almost total lack of communication and long turnaround period.

0 if I could give it! I never leave reviews, for this company I have to warn you. AVOID like the plague. I have NEVER received such bad service in my life, ordered a sign to be made up via with Samantha Robins for my shopfront, she very nice to deal with at first and the designs sent over were 'ok' basic yes, but i was advised when finished would look as i asked. Delivery happened and to my surprise the signage were just awful - after complaining as the sign turned up not as i requested, tatty work my son could have done in art class, broken and simply dangerous due to sharp edges, Sam changed and was awfuly rude, very abrupt, only caring for the money the company will make refusing to talk, so unprofessional, wouldn't help any of us here with simple questions, was vulgar to so many of my staff. The service provided was absolutely TERRIBLE from start to finish - I wish i saw just one review of this company first so i knew NOT to use them. Absolute scoundrels.

I have just received my signs from Really Red and could not be more delighted with them. Having dealt with Samantha, I found her to be friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She even gave me several cheaper options which I hadn't previously considered. Additionally, Really Red's after sales service was very impressive. They genuinely seemed to care about customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to ensure it. I would definitely use them again hence a much-deserved five star review - highly recommended.
