        SCAM!! Took advantage of partners grandparents trying to take money. When spoken to by myself and my partner they seemed to have been scared off

        This company is not what it pretends to be. They will phone you, offering you accommodation in a resoty and making it sound as though you are grabbing a fantastic bargain because you only have to pay for the all-inclusive upgrade, but when it comes to upgrading, you are charged the usual (if not higher) rate for an all-inclusive holiday. Fortunately, I had the means to pay for this but am appalled at this method of tricking people into thinking they are securing a bargain and do not have the finances to pay for it. Essentially, you are committing to only holidaying with this company for four years. Also, their barrage of phone calls is verging on harrassment. They are currently phoning me every evening, despite my repeated requests that they stop. I will book my next holiday when I am ready and do not want to be phoned every day with another offer that is not an offer.

        RUDE, DISHONEST SCAM. DO NOT GOVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. I am absolutely disgusted at the customer "service" that was given over the phone. The woman, "Maxine" not only started raising her voice over the phone and interrupting in a very unprofessional manner but she then went on to call me dishonest. Earlier on in the day she had rung saying she needed a small payment of "three ninety nine." This turned out to be three HUNDRED and ninety nine pounds. Her disgraceful way of dealing with a few polite questions I had to ask was astonishing and I shall never give Wristband Resorts my money again. This was not the first time they had rung up and asked for more unnecessary payments either.
