Nothing but positive words to say about Pareto as a company. A big thanks to Tom Rushworth for allowing me to have this opportunity to be involved with Pareto. I really enjoyed my experience from the very first phone call with Tom right through to the assessment centre day. I have been able to learn so much through Pareto as a company and have been helped to improve my skills as an interviewee. I am absolutely thrilled to have been one of approximately 10 candidates successful on the assessment day of such a high profile agency that receives over 30,000 applicants a month and can't wait to now graduate university and find my dream job role alongside Pareto. Again a massive thank you to Tom Rushworth for being the best graduate handler I could have possibly asked for. Thank you Tom. Mar 5th, 2023

I will say this RECRUITMENT AGENCY is a bit of a con. A lot of smoke and mirrors - invite around 50 people to a day in London to completely waste your time. As if the people who work for them are the least bit competent in understanding who or what makes a good leader, providing you with generic tests that they can then show to their nave client base who I can only assume pay top dollar for these graduates - do not waste your time with these people if you want to succeed - do it on your own back! Also complete lack of respect for candidates who aren't successful - keep cashing your cheques guys and pretend you're doing your clients a service Feb 14th, 2023

Honestly don't even waste your time with them if you are looking for a job. I'd definitely give 0 stars if I could. I genuinely feel like I had really wasted my time with the assessment day and I got nothing from it. I was offered 3 roles that would suit me and haven't heard anything else even though I have emailed and called, and my assessment day was in December. Credit where credit is due - the recruiters who helped me with the interviews were great.
Definitely don't recommend them at all - you're better off finding a role yourself. It's just a shame as I had heard such good things about them but I've personally had the worst experience with them. Avoid avoid avoid. Feb 3rd, 2023

Honestly what a terrible company. After successfully completing one of their assessment days and being successful you get bombarded with calls yet none of the recruiters seem to provide any real help training you before the interview! The advice is vague or there is none at all apart from a PDF document. Lets not talk about the lack of a follow up and the fact that they ignore you! After raising my concerns because I had experienced this a few times over the past few months I received a response from Evelyn who then later proceeded to ignore me. For a company that relies on GRADUATES to get paid they most certainly do not care about them. Dont let these few positive reviews fool you. Jan 24th, 2023

Decent recruiters, but if they mention their apprenticeship program - run away. Jan 19th, 2023
