NCP London Covent Garden

Horrible car park, smelly, scary, no cctv camera , DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK AT ANY COST.

Keep away from here got back to our car to find widows smashed in yesterday and all belongings gone security so unhelpful wasn't interested and police not even bothered. The camera's are dummies so they say makes me wonder if there is something more to this as they say it happens on a regular basis and when you look at reviews which i wish i had i find it very hard believe.

Please please please don't park here. parked yesterday for few hours after arriving in London early and before checking In hotel..came back to find my windows smashed and all luggage stolen. we were not the only car targeted very unhelpful staff just kept pointing and signs saying you leave vehicle at own risk went on to tell us all the cameras are dummies.. plus having the pleasure of paying 30.00 to get out of car park. I think this must be somone inside helping .NCP please respond...

DO NOT USE THIS CARPARK Parked in here as recommended by travel lodge and our car was broken into and all luggage taken, staff on site not that bothered told us this happens all the time then just walked off

We parked here for 3 hours all bags where covered in the boot by cover before arrival and back window is well was tinted got back all smashed out all 6 bags we brought gone! including a 1.6k handbag and a laptop perfume clothes and insulin for my diabetic dad that can not be missed as I said in no way visible Spoke to staff told us is what it is!!! apparently every single camera is not working staff and they have multiple a day and just that day we where not the first and wont be the last and the robbers have knifes and will act on customers !! the staff where so suspicious they are definitely in on it NCP has been messing us around and has yet to refund us for the 60 parking After it happened we realised where ever you look in all levels of the car park its got glass from previous brake ins If you park here you will most likely have your car smashed up !!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!
