I am very happy with the service I have received so far as a tenant of a property managed by Pinnacle Group. I am especially impressed with my property manager, Zoe Soutar. She is engaged, very friendly and responds quickly and helpfully to any issues with the property that arise.

I have been a tenant with Orchard and Shipman for over 4 years. My property manager Zoe Soutar is excellent. Zoe is always approachable and helpful. If I have any queries or require support Zoe is always prompt in her response and knowledgeable in her feedback. During regular house checks Zoe is always so friendly and puts you at ease. She is so chatty and efficient during her visits she makes light work of it! I feel Zoe is a real asset to the Orchard and Shipman team.

They are honestly conducting accounting fraud. News outlets needs to investigate their dodgy practices. My service charge on a 2 bed flat in barking riverside went from 2400 to 3700. They work with bellway (the local developer) to keep costs low in first year to lure customers in and then hit them with all unnecessary charges in the following years. Please reconsider your property purchase if you see them as a lease manager.
