A 5-star service from start to completion organising the builders, checking on the quality of their work, finding the best deals for appliances etc the works have been completed on time and on budget! Couldnt have asked for better!

I was looking for renting a place in central London and came across a property that was managed by KMIAI. Andrea was the agent that contacted me. He was very professional and competent, showed me around every corner of the property and answered all the questions I raised via video call. He knew I was in a hurry, so he helped me with my offer and even contacted the landlord and did the paperwork over the weekend, although unfortunately due to my personal reason I did not end up renting from KMIAI. Tbh Andrea is the most responsible property agent I ever met, and I couldn't have wished for a better agent than Andrea or a better agency than KMIAI.
