These guys have been managing my 5 bed property for a couple years now - they're super-professional, always get excellent tenants and maintain the property well so I don't have to spend on fixing things. Yusuf helped upgrade my property (which is in an article 4 area) and obtained the HMO license for me just in time. My rent was also paid consistently (and still is) every month and through the multiple lockdowns - can't recommend enough!

I was staying at this houseshare at 137 Ashfield Street, from October'20 to January'21. My stay there has been the most memorable 4 months of my life in London, United Kingdom. The property is clean, well-placed, well-furnished, and well-equipped. The property has a front yard, as well as a backyard, and both are very spacious. The kitchen/common area is the highlight of the entire house. The kitchen/common area has a small working space for professionals and a Smart 4K TV with Netflix for entertainment. One can totally enjoy Netflix while having their lunch or dinner (like we use to). About the long term housemates, the lead tenant is extremely loving, sensitive, and ensures great priority to your privacy. They all try their absolute best to make new guests feel at home. I stayed for 4 months and I was welcomed into the home like a family member. There was also a wonderful woman during my stay who went out of her way to treat us with Bangladeshi delicacies every now and then. Everyone in the house are wonderful to live with who have a great deal of love, affection, and acceptance for people. They are just wonderful human beings. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's planning to stay in London for a longer time or even short stays.
