Genuinely the most painful company and people I have ever dealt with. Illegal contracts with no cooling off period. Customer service lady who wouldnt even give me her name when looking into this, she ended up being called Natalie incase you are wondering I had to threaten to cut all communication on the third time of asking via email as I pointed out legally I wouldnt have to communicate with them if not given. Also sell on the basis of inaccurate information of being supplied claiming everything you need to do to complete the course is supplied. Almost daily efforts to upsell you to all sorts which is just annoying to be honest via email and voicemails left. Anne - Marie from payments couldnt even remember why I wasnt paying from one call to the next so clearly we have no in house communication either or even notes being taken Will also drop the price on you two days after sign up after telling you they have no discounts available just to put the cherry on top. Do what I did and communicate through your work phone so all calls and voicemails are recorded and make sure emails are tracked. Oh and please look at the other reviews here as this is all a common theme no wonder Anne-Marie couldnt remember why this had happened she sounds like a busy lady They have threatened legal action for the 250 left which Im happy to go through.

I am very dissapointed of poor customer service, when i joined i was given the impression would be easy to do course,even logging in is complicated, Contacted them so many time and explained i am not a computer person, never replied to my last 2 messages i neede help,i finish pay course but if you are not a IT person dont do this course

I have completed my L4 S&C just in time before lockdowns has started in UK. Tutors was really helpful and explained things very well to me when it was a bit challenging to understand technical stuff as english is not my native language. After receiving top class service in my course it was a no brainer to sign up for their mentorship programme which is now helping to improve my coaching and business skills further. Highly recommend to everyone!

Im really disappointed with this health company. I signed up a long time ago and within the first month it became apparent that I couldnt do the course due to personal reasons. The company wouldnt even let me cancel the course despite the fact that I hadnt accessed any of the content. There was no reason why you couldnt have supported that. Now Im not even an PT and wouldnt benefit from the course. So I didnt use the service, I asked to cancel as I have to care for my Dad full time and they still refused. Despite the fact it was in the same month of signing and I hadnt accessed the content. Anyway Ive been paying for the course ever since and cant utilise it the way I want. Never the less it is what it is. Im at a stage where Im thinking of doing for no other reason than to get the certificate. BUT I needed to change my last name as Im getting married. So Ive emailed in twice since and the company are not even responding to me. Yet when I changed my bank card they were on me for the payment the next day. I feel that the company are solely out there for financial gain and their human decency and understanding is lacking. Once they have your money the customer service side of things are terrible. I dont feel supported in any capacity. You didnt listen to my needs and all you what is your money. Wouldnt recommend. For a health and fitness company its shocking.

I signed up and completed the online strength and conditioning assessment, including the practical workshop. From the offset, I was impressed with the inner workings of the website and how easy everything was to click through - which was my major concern with signing up for an online course. Communication throughout was great and gave me that extra little push to work that little bit harder and get it completed. The practical workshop was very insightful, allowing me to put these skills into practice before the assessment. I chose to do my assessments virtually, which was ideal due to my schedule and although the upload procedure wasn't as straight forward as I'd have liked, I was supported through by my assessor and he helped me to get there in the end. Highly recommend this course, if you're considering - just go for it.
