Its always a pleasure to see someone operating at the top of their game and genuinely focusing (sorry!) on their customer which is in sharp contrast to the patronising, scripted advice and upsell you often get at the big optical chains. After a nice welcoming chat, they really took the time to absolutely nail my prescription, whilst offering some really useful, pragmatic advice to maintain my eye health. This was followed up with a styling consultation for a new pair of glasses where the guys suggested frames that would work for me- perfectly blending form and function. The end result was a pair of glasses that fit and suit me perfectly. I could not be happier with them. So if you own a pair of eyes and you would like them to work as well as they possibly can and have eyewear that everyone else is not wearing on tube ... these are your guys. Overall experience 15/10.

Wide range of stylish and high quality frames that I didn't come across in the high street shops. Premium quality lenses too. All put together by knowledgeable and helpful staff. Would gladly shop here again.

A great selection of frames including more unusual and stylish brands that you don't find in the high street chains. I'm very pleased with my new glasses and they were even ready early. Excellent service - especially during the pandemic!
