I went in to get my glasses tightened, more cleaner fluid and a fresh cloth. The staff members were very helpful and friendly making for a nice energy in the shop, Safa (please forgive me if the spelling is wrong) was warm and made sure my glasses were adjusted to my exact preference and comfort. It was a really nice shopping experience with exemplary customer service/support! Thank you!

This place is wonderful. Ive had to wear specs all my life and these are the most stylish and durable pair of glasses Ive ever worn. Customer service was outstanding. They even had the glasses ready in 20 minutes! The optician who did the test was super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Im coming soon for my second pair of glasses. The prices are fantastic too. Pity I didnt know about this brand before.

Very happy with the service and the glasses. I raccomanded!. On the beginning I was a bit scared, as I never been to this place for my glasses and I wanted to find something high quality and durable . But I really felt comfortable and helped. Good quality of glasses and lenses, fast service.

We had an eye test and bought glasses at this store. The optician, Bilal, was very helpful at answering all our questions and the whole process was seamless. Easily the best eye test I've had. There is a good selection in store and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful and polite.
