I have been to this place for my manicure and pedicure the staff are friendly. I love the area price features is affordable and Im very happy with the material to use for my nail. Chi Neal is the best in Covent Garden.

I had an appointment yesterday at 6pm for acrylics and nail art (this was the earliest I could make after work), knowing they close at 7pm - they were kind enough to stay open for me although it lead to a rushed service. There was no prep and nail tips werent fitted properly to my natural nails so they show at the sides. The acrylic was applied far from my cuticle so they look outgrown already. The nail art I originally asked for they said they couldnt do (even though on their Instagram they says they can do any) so I had to go for a second option. This was fairly simple but the dots are uneven, the sides were filed after painted and the white isnt opaque. From a distance they look okay but for 80 I wouldve thought they would be better than this.

3 of my nails peeled off 2 days later and in all my years doing nails this never happened
