        Very poor customer service. The process was so painful, I thought my fingers would fall off. When I asked the nail tech to shorten my nails he just said 'No!' to me which is very rude and he didn't even check the nail shape to see if I liked it before he did them all. So of course I left the salon very unhappy. When I went back on the same day to get refund of 40 because it's ridiculous to pay that money for nails you hate. Of course they never gave me the refund. They did offer to redo them again but I said no since it was so painful in the first place, why should I put myself through that again. Then, when I tried to compromise and ask for a French tip instead they said they would have to charge extra and then refused to even give me half of the refund. Then when I stated I was trying to be polite and find a solution the nail tech was very rude and sassed me so I ended up walking out of the salon. I will not be going back. Overall, wrong shape, painful experience and refused a refund. Very poor service.
