After waiting weeks to change my iPad screen, I was given nothing but an unrepaired iPad and excuses - they were waiting for a new screen or were on holiday, etc. Although they assured me it would be fixed the next day, I forgave and gave them a second chance, then waited half a month. I had to go back and forth to the store six times, and in the end, I was left with a bad screen on my iPad, which I paid 350 for. Getting my refund was also extremely challenging, with the staff giving me various excuses and delaying tactics. The staff service was very poor, and they were unwilling to help or provide any clear answers. When I asked when I could get my iPad back, she would only say that she didn't know and that there was nothing she could do because she couldn't fix it.
