Purchased two of the breast pumps for both my babies and both stopped working after a couple of months. Emailed customer service several times and got no response, despite chasing. 2 weeks later, I still cannot use my breast pump and had to hand express. This should not happen for 300.

Amazing pumps! I use them and work and when a piece broke they were quick with customer service e and shipping my replacement part.

These pumps saved my life at work, and at home being able to move around and do things while also tending to the kids or working. Seriously thank god

Absolute disaster of a company. There customer service is truly horrendous - the worst Ive come across. I bought a double Elvie pump at a steep cost of 499. One of the pumps just stopped working after 2 weeks of use. Reluctantly, as it was bought through John Lewis who offer a two year guarantee, they replaced it but it was like pulling teeth trying to get it done and it was SLOW. Not ideal when I relied on the pump to feed my baby girl. 3 months of use and the breast shields cracked when one day during sterilisation. Elvie admitted it was a fault in the design and manufacturing and they arent sure why it happens but they have had several reports of it happening. I ordered replacement breast shields on Amazon prime via the Elvie store so I could continue pumping, as I couldnt stop as I was pumping multiple times a day at this stage and couldnt stop abruptly. When Elvie responded, they offered to send new breast shields but they point blank refused to refund the money for the ones I had purchased via Amazon prime, despite me ordering through their designated Elvie store. You would think, for the sake of 50 (the cost of two new sets of breast shields, which they were willing to send me anyway) they would just take a view, but they seem to have a desire to annoy their customers! Other 1* reviews would validate this. Avoid this company, they are truly awful.
