You have to be very careful when picking a barrister. Most barristers in a direct access basis have no interest in your case. Some will make negligible mistakes. Others will steal from you. Please do not use these bunch of crooks. Was given the hard sell by David foreman. Who refused to help after payment was made. Instead just stated 'go deal with the BAR standards board' that's what they are there for. Go for a more reputable Chambers.

Ive contacted CLK legal twice. First time Dave helped me so much. Second time I ended up with Paul. He also did an amazing job looking for someone perfect for what I needed. The clerks also help along the way and are always there. They are quick to reply and so helpful. I was amazed with the quality of barristers and their experience. It really makes such a difference. Artis helped me once and her suggestions were spot on. After some time, when I got put in touch with CLK legal again, I had Rebekah. She made me feel less worried, the advice she gave was great. I was impressed with the way she spoke/dealt with the judge and the way she brought her points. The position statement was to the point and bringing up important issues, very well written. She was great at dealing with the opposing barrister too. I really can't believe how much of a difference it makes, compared to other law firms Ive contacted/used. My experience with CLK legal was very positive indeed and im still in shock. Things were better than expected and this includes the outcome of all. Such a relief. If you are in doubt, dont think twice.

I will be brutally honest, I wasnt in a good place, but needed support. CLK was something I found at random and thought Ill give them a try. From the outset, I was greeted by Paul Sams, he is a genuine person, he cut out all the legal jargon and spoke with passion and I could tell I was in good hands. I had an extremely good feeling as we briefly spoke about my case and CLK, I could sense Paul cared about getting my case and reassured me I was in the best hands. I was blown away with the knowledge and dedication from Rebekah Wilson, took the time to understand me as an individual, someone that really cared and thoughtful I came into my hearing full of confidence and got a result far beyond I could ever imagine. For almost 6 years going through such a stressful time being dealt and my family and I can move forward. The bonus, they both checked in on me before, during and after the who process. I highly recommend to everyone, trust me, this is the best decision. Only limited to 5 stars I would give 10

Spoke to David Foreman. - He forwarded my details on to a Barrister called MICHAEL REASON - They lied and made me pay them an upfront fee before I was allowed to speak any barrister. The guy was clueless and it was evident he would not be able to help me. I cancelled my contract a few hours after signing and paying them my money. The contract gave me 14 days to cancel with full refund. - the barrister lied and stated he had worked on my case, when the money was for a trial in the future. They came back and stated a a figure for work done that was more than the initial payment. David Foreman and Michael Reason were aware I am a vulnerable person and decided to to take advantage of this. I cannot believe they would lie so brazenly and refuse to give my money back. I had to report for FRAUD and obtain a crime reference number to be able to get my money back. The case is now with the BAR Standards Board for them to investigate this fraud and the lies. Be careful before using this company.
