        I was introduced to Silk Route in 2019 and have worked on various projects and latterly at volume level on procuring visas for employees of UK clients wishing to utilise the government's Skills Shortage list to overcome difficult staffing challenges. Mathew Philip is responsive, even when on vacation! A first for a lawyer!! We are now using other members of the team for Corporate matters.

        As a significant employer of overseas staff, we have had apply for a sponsorship licence to be able to bring in overseas employees following Brexit. Mathew and his team have been exceptional in holding our hands through this process. The ongoing support has been amazing as we applied to sponsor overseas individuals and bring them successfully into the business, making a real difference both to them personally but also to our operations. It's vary rare as an FD that I can't find fault with a supplier or business partner, but I have to say I honesty can't with Silk Route Legal-- their customer responsiveness is second to none!
