        I was actually recommended by the law society for solicitors. When I spoke to customer services they said they dont deal with any motor dealer cases. Also when the manager came on the phone he was stuttering and sound very unprofessional like he never knew what he was talking about. I then asked them for the hourly rate which they were avoiding to answer which I found very suspect. I have now contacted the law society and let them know about this as they do not deal with any motor cases. Alongside the way I was smoking to was very unprofessional and clearly was not a professional solicitor firm
