        Overall, the service provided was on good level and I am satisfied. My case was quite complex and required a lot of additional paperwork and it was handled well. At times, responses took a bit too long to happen which made me feel rather anxious on a number of occasions. But still, I rate the experience positively and I'm grateful for the service provided and the care taken of my deal.
