I instructed Chris S at Meaby back in November 2020 and although already under a crippling workload (with the stamp duty holiday) he was kind enough to take my caseload on. It was my first time buying so I don't have anything to compare the experience to, but I cannot imagine it having gone any smoother with anyone else. He was extremely accommodating & understanding as I was overseas when the accusation was made and communication wasn't easy due to time difference. I hired Meaby & Co to legally assist me with a professional situation and I have to say Im very positively impressed. My experience (and the experience of everyone I know) with solicitors has never been great, always having to chase after them to get things done and having the feeling all the hassle was not worth the money paid. But this was not the case this time... Steven Eckett is absolutely brilliant! Hes very responsive and although incredibly knowledgable he manages to explains things in a way someone not versed in legal matters can understand. Steven is also honest and direct, managed well my expectations and displayed great negotiation skills in order to achieve the best possible outcome for me.
