My designer Betina is very patient and well communicate with me to understand my requirement. She designed my bedroom and office, and help to select the furniture based on my requirement. Her design on my bespoke walk-in wardrobe is perfect and totally suit my needs and user friendly. After I made my order via Akiva, I decided that 2 pieces of furniture are not required. They have arrangement a refund promptly. I will definitely use them again in the future. We have used Akiva to revamp outdated interior of our living room ans master bedroom. It has been a pleasure working with the team, they are extremely experienced and knowledgeable but also very conscientious in listening and taking feedback on board to tweak the proposals. Clara worked her magic and gave me suggestions that matched my needs. I felt taken care of and listened to with what I required. I had been struggling with organising my living room in a way that was needed and wasted money trying to do it myself. I would like to thank Akiva Interior Designers, James Woodham and team for providing me an amazing service. James Introduced me to Betina. I had a free consultation via Zoom, where we discussed the look I was hoping to acheive. Betina created lovely mood boards which reflected exactly what I wanted. She also sent me links to shop for furnishing, paint suggestions and much more! All this at a very reasonable price. Excellent communication, organised and professional. Had a really good experience using Akiva. Ivana came up with some great ideas on furniture layout, sofas, dining tables, coffee tables, rugs and accessories. James was very good in ensuring you get matched with the right interior designer for your needs. They also have accounts with many suppliers and you typically get back at least your design fees through their trade discounts. Wish I had used them years ago as would have saved some costly mistakes with my furniture choicet which Im now selling on ebay. Service: Living room design
