        Appalling service from staff who are totally inexperienced and/or incompetent, if I could have awarded zero stars I would have done. Today spent the afternoon waiting for the admin dept. to ring between 2-4. Guess what - they didn't. Have since spent another hour on hold, the worst financial company I have ever dealt with. Update: Not sure who the nameless owner is but if you think your response is appropriate you are deluded. The Ombudsman is surely going to take a different view shortly. Further update: Spoke to Yesrab on Thurs who arranged a call back for me at 10am this morning, no such call was received. Helen rang me at 11am and refused to discuss what the annual revaluation figure of pensions is and was unable to discuss the statements provided which is specifically what the call was supposed to be about. Conclusion: The worst financial company I have ever dealt, not fit for purpose in administering Asda's pension scheme.
