    Bunch of thieving scammers, they renewed a breakdown policy 5 days before it was due and took the money, but i had cancelled the autorenew facility and they say i should of cancelled the policy, surly cancelling autorenew should stop them from renewing, contacted chat to end up being connected to an agumentative and arrogant customer service advisor, I asked for my compaint to be escalated to a manager to be told point blank, NO!!! So pleased i never needed their breakdown service, heaven knows how i would have been treated.

    Avoid like a plaque, I signed up with them as they showed up cheaper, I have processed the payment, and guess what no confirmation of payment was received, I called the number on their website which took me to very unprofessional staff who didn't know what they are doing, all I wanted to cancel and guess what that wasn't possible, they wanted another 75 GBP paid on their website before cancellation is processed. They also have increased the monthly premium by nearly 40 GBP now it's impossible to cancel and get your money back. I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.

    Shockingly poor service. Unable to recover my car with a blown engine unless I contacted local garages first(?!). Will only recover to 12.5 miles away - I live 18 miles away from where cars broken. Do yourself a favour and pay your premium to other than a Micky mouse outfit!

    Rubbish company. Sell you a policy with lots of exclusions (only available in the policy booklet sent after you take out the insurance) and then charge you to cancel it. Send you round in circles to waste your time and hope you run out ot patience. FCA take note of their practices. 500 bad reviews tells its own story.

    The company are an absolute joke. It seems to be a scam with no intention of providing a service and making up clauses. Broke down today for the first time ever and apparently their 15 mile radius requires their contractor/recovery agent to be within 7.5 miles of where you broke dowand they will take you to a garage up to 7.5 miles away. Luke sounded like he made it up as he went along and when I asked to speak to management, none were working apparently. Also waited 40 mins for my call to be answered. The agent also started asking for excess costs which weren't mentioned anywhere. Avoid at all costs
