The Z Hotel Holborn

Good hotel, personnel extremely helpful and gentle. The price is what mattered the most for me, and I felt very well. Good surprise was tea, hot chocolate and coffee that could be crafted in the room (with a boiler). Then there are USB charges, very useful for foreigners. Everything is very modern in the room, and even a TV is there. Downside would have been the A/C and ventilation. The room is way too cool even with A/C off, there was windstream at night and it feels like a waste of energy using the A/C as heater. My room sadly didnt have any window, but its alright for the price, be aware it could happen. Otherwise hotel is genuinely close to the city center, there are restaurants, breakfast places and supermarkets all around it. PS: small request I have for staff, is to use vacuum cleaner under all sides of the bed because it was way too dusty.

Never again! - Bed is extremely uncomfortable, I have never been awake so often during the night. - Air quality is poor and the air conditioning doesn't help at all (no window). - Room equipment is poor, e.g. there are not enough hooks --> only one towel can be hung up. - After cleaning, we always had long black hairs in the bed.... - Didn't have breakfast but saw the selection as we walked past. The buffet is very small and has a small selection.
