Wonderful boutique Hotel worthy of five star status. Stayed for two night break with my wife for our wedding anniversary. We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival which was pretty amazing. Staff are attentive and service level top notch. Daniel was a wonderful host and nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and worth the price compared to other well known five star hotels around London

Unfortunately the most disappointing afternoon tea Ive ever had, anywhere, in my life. No fault of the staff - who were pleasant and helpful. But the whole experience was just a massive disappointment and certainly not worth the cost. The room was dead. Despite booking they seemed unaware I was coming. For the first 20 minutes of being seated all I could hear was the sound of someone sweeping in a room nearby until that was replaced by club music. Just a few teas to chose from, 4 small and average tasting sandwiches with no option to refill them. Equally small scones that did not taste baked in house. When I asked for another plain vs. raisin, I waited 15 minutes despite being the only person there, so Im assuming they are not freshly baked that day and instead frozen. The sweets were also small and not very tasty. Utterly disappointed at any price, but certainly not 65. Im a big fan of the designer of the hotel and the leading hotels group so I was so excited to come. This is not up to standard for the brand.
