I didn't get my cookie and I was extremely disappointed that's why I'm marking down the service however the staff were all very polite my partner and I stayed for one night in a twin room this was booked by a larger group. The room was clean and had a nicely stocked tea and coffee tray with free water and the bathroom was stocked with everything you needed, however the sconces didn't work well they flickered on and off didn't seem very safe at all. Aircon did work well considering you can only open the windows an inch this was a great bonus and the beds were extremely comfy. Food & drinks: I got the buffet breakfast and the range of options was almost overwhelming there is something for every dietary requirement and even children I am sure
