Can not justify thieves upping prices like this , by pass this company go directly to your supplier you will feel better treat better and not certainly guided into higher jacked up prices this. Company will not last sadly as used for many yesrs

Horrendous customer service. I have waited many weeks for an unsatisfactory explanation why more has been taken from my bank than the supplier has quoted. Their response time is totally unacceptable. Also I am now being chased for payment by the supplier even though I paid Boilerjuice at the time of ordering! Would award no stars if possible.

I've used Boiler Juice Connected for several years and it's worked really well. Recently however it has become absolutely impossible to contact them - just when we need the best advice. All the telephone lines have been disconnected, emails go unanswered and today I've tried the live chat. I had no answer for over an hour and then the chat just ended. Genuinely appalling customer service. I've called Certas who answered the phone immediately and were super helpful and also cheaper. I'll be taking my business that way. Since then Ive had repeated demands to pay them 580 for more oil despite the fact I dont need any. Ive cancelled my card. Presumably theyll be going bust soon. Edited June 2022 the negative reviews seem to have worked. I stuck with Boiler Juice and have had a problem with one of their contractors I rang them without much hope but got straight through to a very helpful lady who successfully sorted my problem. Lets hope this new service continues.

During the Ukraine / Russia War, Boiler Juice was charging 1.59 a litre when other companies at most were charging at the time 98.9. Absolutely disgusting that at this sort of time they chose to expolit their customers for nothing more than pure greed, putting profit taking before loyal customers. I will never use again on this basis and managed to secure with Homefuelsdirect.co.uk for a considerable price cheaper.
