Absolutely awful experience in this Superdrug today, was watched like a hawk while trying to shop for lipstick and repeatedly approached by staff telling me not to use testers that had been open previous to me. Felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed, while spending 40 pounds. Staff acted as though I was stealing and were very accusatory

Here I leave my deep disappointment as a customer of this store for some time, in which its employees show all their friendliness when we get to the checkout to pay and try to foist everything and anything else, but I read well about this. The worst thing is their lack of professional training, when they make any warning in front of all the other customers, leaving us extremely embarrassed as if we had committed the worst of crimes. In short, it would be in the interest of all parties for the owners of this type of chain store to focus on training their employees with regard to customer service. The recipe is simple = satisfied customer always returns Or a dissatisfied customer does more damage to the image, name and profits of any business. And sometimes it's so simple, just the polite and respectful way of the employee in contact with the customer. This superdrug is located near the Holbon underground station.
