I could find all the products i was looking for but when testing makeup I felt eyes almost going through me constantly as if the staff thought I was going to steal something! Literally at every rack there was a worker who came to stand next to me and just staring at what I was testing on my hand without saying anything, they were watching me all the time so I felt very under pressure

Miss Jemimah, is extremely rude... and she didn't even say anything no eye contact, no "next customer please" no "pop your card in" not even "thanks, bye" and the most unbothered body I've ever seen in my life. Why she so mad at me? Is it because I'm cute? . She does not deserve a job in customer service, please transfer her to another store so I, along with other regulars, dont have to go through such an uncomfortable process again. She is baaaaad energy. No basic customer service skills.

I wish i could give zero star for this Store. Other reviewers are right about this store they see all the customers as criminal and they are so rude dont have any customer service skills including the manager called BEN I dont understand how he become a manager, im from local and work local during working hours on my lunch I usually go there for shopping, today i had such a bad experience the staff was literally shouting at me. only mistake i made open the makeup drawers and I admitted my mistake also apologised still she was goin on about it and shouting. I spoke to manager Ben he was taking his staff side and telling me people stealing things thats why. I totally understand That but you dont treat customers like that if they apologised. He knows i go there regularly but no apology from him for his staff behavour, so i just left the store with out buying anything, i work in post office im a post office manager myself deal with 1000s pounds and valuable mails, I wont go there to steal their 2 or 3 product this is ridiculous. I would never go back there and told all my colleagues about their rude behaviour, they need to improve their customer service skills. And those people shouldnt be working there with this kind of attitude. I will be also making official written complaint regarding this matter and take it further. And will be using Brunswick centre superdrugs from now as the staffs there very nice and friendly.
